Payment instructions:
Payment only accepting cash (in person) or Cashier's Check (certified from US or Canadian bank). If you are going to pay by Cashier's Check, I will hold the title 10 days after payment, to give the check time to clear my bank, then we will send you the title. If you want the title when you pick up the vehicle you need to have it paid for with cash or 13 days by check. There are too many scams out there and I already have enough fake ones; so that way I have a little protection, after all you take the vehicle with you. Call your bank and they can verify that any check out there can be forged, a cashiers check is NOT as good as cash any more.
This vehicle herein is pre-owned and sold in as "As Is" condition.
